How do I get started in Rise?

Check out this article collection to learn about the essential parts of the learner's experience in Rise, from managing your profile to taking courses.

Does Rise work in my browser?

Make sure you’re using one of these supported browsers when taking courses.

Why can’t I log in?

How do I edit my profile settings?

Click the avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile to access your profile page. There you can change your name, email address, job title, or password. If you can’t make changes to your profile, then your team has single sign-on (SSO) enabled. Contact your SSO administrator to make profile changes.

Where are my courses?

The Learn tab is where you access courses and learning paths assigned to you, review your completed courses, access your account library, and create a list of favorites. Click here to learn more.

If you still can’t find a course, double-check that it’s not in your Completed tab. If it’s not, contact your Rise admin to make sure the course is visible in the library.

Why isn’t my course displaying correctly?

Make sure you’re using a supported web browser for viewing courses. If you’re using a supported browser, contact your Rise admin with as much detail as possible about what you’re encountering so they can investigate the issue.

What if my issue isn’t on this list?

If you need further assistance, take a screenshot of what you’re seeing and contact your Rise admin. They’ll be able to start a chat or send us an email so we can get you back on track as quickly as possible.
