Note: As of April 21, 2021, Rise subscriptions will increase by 5.8%. This lets us continue to provide a supremely high level of service to our monthly subscribers. There’s no need for you to take any action, we’ll automatically charge the updated rate to your credit card after April.

If you’re the Owner for your team, you’ll see a tooltip at the top of any Rise page that tells you how many days are remaining in your trial. Below that, you’ll see a Buy a Plan link that takes you to, you guessed it, the page where you can buy a subscription plan for Rise. You can also access this page by selecting Manage > Billing

It only takes a few clicks to get set up with a new Rise subscription!  Here’s how.

  1. Select a Plan
  2. Enter Payment Information
  3. Review and Complete Your Order
  4. Update and Upgrade Your Plan

Step 1: Select a Plan

Once you’re on the Billing tab, select a billing cycle to see how the different billing cycles change your effective monthly rate. Then choose the size of your organization by clicking the appropriate Go button. 

Tip: If your organization is over 1,000 people, click the Contact Us button to email our sales team and find out more about our enterprise plans. We’ll get you signed up in no time.

Step 2: Enter Payment Information

Select whether you’ll pay by purchase order or credit card and enter the requested information. If you’re paying by PO, you can upload a PDF of the PO during the purchase process. 

When you’re entering your organization’s information, you’ll also have the opportunity to mark it as tax-exempt. Selecting this box gives you the option to enter your tax ID number and upload a PDF of your tax exemption certificate. 

Once all your information is entered, click Review Order to continue. 

Step 3: Review and Complete Your Order

Review the information you entered. If you need to go back and make any changes, click Payment Information. Once you’re satisfied with your entries, select I Agree to the Terms of Service, click Authorize Payment, and do a happy dance (happy dance is optional, but encouraged)!

You’ll receive an email confirmation of your purchase. You can also print one from the confirmation screen. Click Start Using Rise when you’re finished.

Step 4: Update and Upgrade Your Plan

Once you’ve purchased a subscription, the Billing tab shows your current plan and billing history. Here, you can also see how many more people you can invite to your team, contact us to make changes to your subscription, update your credit card information, and transfer ownership.
