Hi, welcome to Rise! We know you’re eager to dive right in and start learning, creating courses, developing learning paths, checking out reports, and basically basking in everything that Rise can do.
Let's take a quick tour.
Create Your User Account
To create your Rise account, click the link in your invitation email. Reactivating your account? Just use the same email you used previously and your progress will be restored.
You can click the Sign in with Google button to quickly create your account or enter your SSO credentials (if prompted). You can also manually enter your email and select a password. In all cases, make sure you use the email address to which the invitation email was sent.
Click Create Account to continue.
Note: If you get an error when clicking the invitation link, it may be expired. Contact your site admin for further assistance.
Take the Onboarding Survey
If you see a survey when you create your account, then your team's enabled premium content sources. What's that? It's a library of high-quality courses, curated (with your survey responses) to meet your individual learning goals and interests. You'll be able to explore hundreds of courses as soon as you sign up.
Select your role from the list (or choose Other) and click the Continue button. If you selected a role, topics that pertain to you will already be chosen on the topics screen. Deselect or select additional topics that interest you or are relevant to your role.
When you're ready, click Start Learning.
Explore Your Dashboard
No matter your role, your Rise journey starts on the Learn dashboard. It's comprised of two parts. On the left, you'll see courses related to your interests, content that has been assigned to you, and any content that you favorite! Start a course by clicking on it (find out more information about the tabs in the Learn collection).
On the right, the learner sidebar provides quick access to your assigned courses and easy management of your topics of interest. Find out more about each in the Learn collection.
Dive Deeper
Depending on your role, you'll see as many as four tabs at the top of the Rise interface: Learn, Create, Manage, and Analyze. We’ve created helpful guides for each tab:
But you don’t have to stop there! There’s lots more information in our knowledge base to explore. Feel free to look around and discover everything Rise has to offer.
If you need help, you can check out our FAQs for more information (including how to get in touch with Support).
Welcome to Rise. We’re glad you’re here.
