Can I bulk import users into my account?

Yes, you can import your users all at once rather than inviting them one by one. Just add their information to a specially-formatted CSV file and upload the file to your account. Click here for more details.

Does Rise track how long users spend in courses?

What can I do if users aren't receiving invitation emails?

There are a few things you can check. Make sure they aren't already on the users list, then verify the email is correct on their pending invitation. If their email is correct, make sure the user is allowing emails from help@rise.com. Then resend the invitation and have the user check their spam folder. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, reach out to us at help@rise.com for assistance.
