How to Fix Sign-In Issues

Having trouble logging in? Try these tips.

Having trouble signing in to Rise? Don’t worry, here are a few reasons you might be experiencing issues, along with tips to get you back on track.

First things first, try a few general cache-clearing methods: clear your browser's history, quit and restart your browser, and/or reboot your computer. If none of those actions work, then keep reading.

There’s a Problem with Your Internet Connection

Into every life, a little internet downtime must fall. Check your connection and make sure the device you’re using to access Rise is still online.

Rise Is Down

While we strive to deliver dependable service, sometimes even Rise can experience internet issues. Visit to see if Rise is experiencing an outage. Want alerts? Click the Subscribe button in the upper right corner of the status page to receive notifications of status changes.

A Firewall Is Blocking Access

We get it, security is key for any organization. That’s why we’ve made this handy list of ports and sites for your network administrator to unblock or add to your allowlist so you can keep enjoying the full Rise experience.

Your Email Address or Password Isn’t Correct

We’re big fans of using strong passwords to keep your account secure. But remembering them can be tricky! That’s why we make it easy to reset your password. 

If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, just click the Forgot Password link under the Sign In button on the Rise login page. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you’re using the one verified in your Rise profile to log in. 

Do you authenticate via SSO and can’t sign in? Contact the SSO administrator for your account for help.

Was your account created via Google Authentication? Make sure you’re using the email address that matches your Google ID.
